They govern the use of our digital services, in particular the creation of personalized dietary supplement recommendations, the purchase and shipment of products, as well as related communication and marketing measures.

2. Subject matter of the contract and description of services

On our website, we provide individual dietary supplement recommendations based on information you provide about lifestyle, well-being, and skin, hair and nail health. In addition, personalized products can be ordered via our online shop and delivered to your address.

Any further liability, in particular for indirect damages or consequential damages, is excluded. Product liability under statutory provisions remains unaffected.

We reserve the right to amend these GTC at any time. Changes will be published on our website. The version valid at the time of the order shall apply. Users will be notified of material changes. Continued use of our services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new version.

13. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These GTC are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes is, to the extent legally permissible, the registered office of Long Living GmbH, unless another mandatory place of jurisdiction is prescribed by law.
